Played my Type 61 with Rumor and creeeed I decided a few weeks ago I would give WoT a real try. An honest attempt to become good enough at it and grind through some of it to allow it to show off it’s true potential. All I see in every direction? With a nice light dusting of rage to top it off. I rolled a brand new account, I am sure I had some manner of mistakes on my original account and I didn’t want to have to deal with fixing those up. So off I went. Decided I was going to grind German tanks with a goal to get to heavies.
…Of Trolls and Tanks
Kind of weird, time to fix that. Most recent thread was from early this year well, nearly last year I guess. World of Tanks is a F2P MMO focused on, you guessed it, tank combat using tanks – both tanks that were in production as well as just prototypes and design stages – from the early s to the early s. Britain has a limited selection of tanks available, and China is slated to appear before too long. There are ten tiers of tank, with each tear becoming progressively more powerful and expensive, and matchmaking is mostly done via tank tier to help ensure you’re only going to be playing against tanks that will be appropriately challenging for your tank.
The matchmaker takes tanks from queue, which can participate in tier 8 battles (see column number 8 in the table) and puts them in 2 teams. In our battle we can face Tiger II and for example M6 (both can participate in tier 8 battles).
So, being the weirdo I am, I’m going to take a quick look at the ST vz. But, enough history, what can the tank do in World of Tanks? Well, at tier 4, the ST vz 39 is lightly armored, and packs a gun with moderate penetration and damage- comparable in many regards to the Panzer III ausf. J tank, though not quite as speedy. In terms of matchmaking, the ST vz 39 is a mixed bag, varying from good matchups where it can use it’s good penetration and passable frontal armor to bash in the heads of tier 3 opponents, and bad matchups where it has to stare down KV-1s at tier 5.
For me, the St vz 39 was a grind of a tank to get through. It is not a brawler tank, nor does it have the penetration and accuracy to snipe- so it’s best just offset the firing line, taking safe shots as it’s able. It’s armor is not great, so it has to rely on significant cover to survive a battle. However, this means you don’t get too many experience points, and so you have to play it over and over again. This is not a profitable tank, so I was fine losing the credits on premium ammo.
It also makes it much more satisfying to play, as you can finally knock holes into more heavily armored targets.

Basically Hellcat will be even more harder to play for the nubs. BUT there is one nerf that is gonna be deadly for the hellcat. Reverse speed nerf, making pick-a-boo shots even harder if not impossible…. Hellcat is sent to camping mode when all the maps are transformed nowadays for anti camping. Thx WG, you fucking suck.
Feb 17, · KV-1S matchmaking: kill me now pls – posted in General Discussion: I looked up your stats.
The only thing similar to the previous tank is basically the name. All parameters has been changed, including the tier. Currently KV-1S is on V tier. The armor and the cannon have been weakened the most. The front plate is 70mm thick and is set under a small angle. It is still quite good armor for a V level tank. It’s far worse with the cannon. The first one has low accuracy and penetration but deals a great amount of damage.
The second one is more accurate, has low reload time, mm penetration and damage points. It is quite a good cannon for a V level vehicle. The mm cannon is suggested anyway – it requires you to aim more precisely and to fight in close, but the damage dealt compensates that.

Where tanks go to rest. Sunday, 5 May World of tanks 8. T on steroids – same package, but better in every way. The T takes a very strange spot in the Soviet tank tree, actually behaving quite eh Its not a dedicated scout – you get normal matchmaking, facing up to tier 6.
Adding player skill to the equation would disrupt the very idea behind Random Battles. Although the mode has rules, there is an element of randomness to each battle, and the thrill that comes with it is what we all love about Random Battles.
Matchmaking Matchmaking The composition of tanks in each team is a task of matchmaker. It works in following manner. It takes one tank from the queue and looks at his tier. For example it is IS – russian heavy with tier 7. The matchmaker takes the corresponding line from the table below and sees that the IS has battle tiers from 7 till 9. Randomly is the tier for battle selected. In our example let it be 8 from 7 to 9 incl. The matchmaker takes tanks from queue, which can participate in tier 8 battles see column number 8 in the table and puts them in 2 teams.
Best tank. Tier 5
You take your tank into 15 vs. Winning awards you credits and XP for you to upgrade your tank and research new tanks. All vehicles are divided up by tiers and as you research new tanks you ascend the tech tree, facing opponents appropriate to the tier of your tank. Combat in World of Tanks is much more methodical than most multiplayer online shooters. For example, tank treads and turrets have a maximum turning speed.
The matchmaker does balance the number of tanks in platoons, but not the weight of the platooned tanks. This means one team can have 2 three-man-platoons with T8 tanks, whereas the other team has 3 two-man-platoons with T6 tanks.
No, I am on the North American server. The current conspiracy theory though is that the SP will be replaced in the store by If true, it’ll mark the return of the T23 to the game since For those who still remember it, the T23 was the US line’s original Tier 8 Medium tank, before it was removed to make way for the M26 Pershing taking its place at Tier 8 and the M46 Patton becoming the new Tier 9.
That’s a long overdue buff to them, especially since all other tanks in the game run at their spec maximum and not their real maximum speeds The Cromwell for instance, which had engine governors IRL to reduce its top speed to 54kph, unlike the ingame tank that can reach its spec max of 62kph , unlike with the Tigers which were made to run according to their real speeds. For those who are trying out World of Warplanes next week to get that free gold for WoT, here’s an update: Mugsy from Wargaming said: Okay, I will be adding that if you play battles you will receive Gold.
So you can still get a reward even if you only play half the required amount of games.

Castlevania The Skeleton form in Castlevania: Circle of the Moon is clumsy, can be destroyed in one hit 0 Defense, which in that game means any attack deals infinite damage , and throws not-very-effective little bones as its attack It’s tricky to use, but highly effective if done properly, most notably against bosses. The same is true of Castlevania:

Ghalion Ghalion 6 years ago 1 K, I for one, am one of the FEW people that has no problems with the fact that the matchmaking system stuffs in tanks from multiple tiers in one game. I mean how boring would it be that you’ve finally upgraded to a newer, better tank, only to have everyone else get a tier upgrade too, effectively making your upgrade little more than a skin change Unfortunately, despite the wide selection of tiers in each game.
The rendering engine used by World of Tanks sees the world as cubes. The map itself is a cube, and every object within that map cube is drawn within an invisible .
From my experience delving into the German WW2 medium line, you will probably find the Pz38 nA , one of the lynchpin tanks in the early medium line, to be a very unfortunate creature to drive. A light tank that can easily keep up with its Tier IV-V counterparts and contemporaries, yet somewhat unsuitable for the scout role that its matchmaking will often stick it in. If driving the Pz38 nA , you can and will encounter Tiers VI-VII, and If you are bottom tier, you will suffer from being spotted and killed without much in the way of being able to respond.
The Pz38 nA can and will test your patience and determination. But if you persist, you can access one of the more fun and famous historical tanks in the game, as well as get a direct line of research to the WW2 Big Cats. The Pz38 nA is in my opinion the better tier 4 german scout in the game.
9.3 Tank Summary
Official description World of Tanks is a team-based massively multiplayer online action game dedicated to armored warfare. Throw yourself into the epic tank battles of World War II with other steel cowboys all over the world. Your arsenal includes more than armored vehicles from America, Germany, and the Soviet Union, carefully detailed with historical accuracy. A flexible system of authentic vehicle upgrade and development allows you to try any of the vehicles and weapons in the game.
Whether you prefer to exhaust your foes with fast and maneuverable light tanks, make deep breaches in enemy lines with all-purpose medium tanks, use the force of giant tanks to eliminate opposing armored forces, or become a heavy sniper with long-range howitzers, each unit type has its own advantages and can be extremely effective when operated by a true tank ace.
But being a great tank commander alone isn’t enough to win!
A further modification of the KV-1 heavy tank series developed in the summer of It passed into Red Army service on August 20, Compared to its predecessors, the KV-1S had several design features which allowed for the tank’s weight to be reduced, increased top speed, maneuverability, and durability.
In a platoon of 3 of them it’s a lot of fun though. I think that I’m going to play the Crusader line. Biggest problem I have is with so many at T7, it costs a fortune to buy T8 tanks, so can only do one every so often. The Crusader is a light tank, so you’re going to lose a lot of crew skill transferring them over from the Matilda. It’s also a really weak tank and you’ll mostly be a tourist, even in tier 5 games.
The Cromwell is great fun to play. It’s so damn fast. One of the best tier 6 tanks.
